A new company sent me a package that was asking for abstractors on SOT and when I received the package which stated a 60-day pay period, I turned it down.  He actually responded very politely and said well maybe we can work together sometime in the future.  I was assuming this was giving him the time needed to get his business running - I thought there were SBA loans for this.
