I'm not completey 100% sure about this...I know of another person as well who has had some hardships with this company...and has even made an assumption at times that they may be doing some out-sourcing which would explain the fax from the Phillipines... anyway... the company she deals with has "LSI" on their letter head and also goes by the name of "Lender Services Direct".  Not sure who you could contact with them. 

It seems like we may be finding a few national companies doing more out sourcing ... although in the area of title examinations I dis-agree with this.  An as abstractor in New England I'm not sure about the rest of you, but the information on line is not always accurate/up to date, at least not to an acceptable standard in my book nor the standards of many major underwriters in this area.
