Re: Accelerated Title - Update - Teresa Beeman/NC

Just got off the phone with Mark Szenas, underwriter at Stewart Title in Tampa, FL.  Mark tells me there are definitely problems with Accelerated.
He says their new name is First Family Title, not The Title Company.  He says the help has been instructed to simply answer the phones "title company".  He pointed out that shows the quality of the training of the people working there.

He said there really wasn't much he could do to help me get paid, but did suggest I file a complaint with the Florida Department of Insurance.  There is the possibility that if enough grievances are filed, they might yank the license.

Any other ideas?

Teresa
