Very good suggestion Patrick. It is very difficult at times to decipher the language used by the different companies. Some VM's seem to assume we should somehow instinctively know and understand the names they have coined for their products. Others send long descriptions defining their search types one time and then are suprised when they send the first order six months later and we haven't memorized their definitions.
