I just came back to look for a news article on SOT and saw the threads on this thread.  I had a fellow abstractor e-mail me today privately to mention that this is about the first time they have seen only positive threads on here about a company!! So kudos to Kathleen, Sandor, and the rest of the team there - there is so much negativity on Source of Title and sometimes it can just be a big complain-board.  So nice to see positivity; this speaks so much about this company.
