I can vouch for Titlesdesktop.com from Accutitle, recently rebranded as TitleFusion, which works with several different states, including the states our company covers such as New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.  I use it for order entry, commitment production, processing, CD/Joint ALTA production, closings, recording, policy production and escrow accounting.  It's cloud based, so you don't have to invest in a computer server.  It meets new Best Practices security measures for multifactor authentication.  You can always log on and use it at any internet connected computer or smartphone.  I never get snow days off anymore because I can work right in my own family room.  In NJ, we can pass through the per file fee, so the software doesn't cost us a dime.  So if you have a computer or smartphone, and you must if you are seeing this, you already have what you need.
