I ask that b/c I have consulted to many software companies in the past and I also had to do like-kind comparisons with their competitors.' software.

And, if you are preparing for existing clients with their software, wouldn't that be a service you'd offer them using THEIR software?

I'm an examiner and paralegal.  So not only do I read out and prepare the commitments, I also prepare closing docs, as well as the prelim deeds, etc. for their attorneys.
