Judy, not much has changed in 2 years.  Most of us haven't been able to raise our fees in nearly 20 years.  Because all of the easy work is now gone -- being done in house or overseas -- the big jump in pricing has been commercial work.  As I have said in previous posts, if all we're getting is crap, charge for crap!
