I don't know about Ohio, but in Pennsylvania, there's a website that's run by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) which currently has twenty-odd PA counties online.  From what I understand, the enabling legislation mandates that all 67 counties become compliant by 2006.

Not sure if there's a fee for this service or not...we don't do these anymore because there is simply no way to make money on them at $3.00 to $5.00 per name.
