Hi Lisa,

We just retruned to work after a couple weeks off and I doubt that I will read all the posts that were written while we are gone... I have no idea what is going on here. Now with that said thank you for pointing out that not everyone on this site are lawyers or have any law background. "To quote legal jargon is also almost always past the general public's understanding" is very true and at times insulting to those of us who have different backgrounds.
