I have to rush because I'm inbetween counties and have to go again, but I looked at the old posting of the article real briefly and with that I already find a problem. They said search by address - how in the heck would you pick up a Judgment or other lien good for 10 years if this person moved 3 times in the 10 years and you only have the last address. Sound highly liable way of searching to me! It did not mention any type of cross referencing. And did they manage to pick up the UCC personals that in my state aren't even in the real property records when they compiled their data - and this is where they put the UCC real property when the box for real property isn't marked when filing - so you find alot of those over in the other computer too - they are good through 2006. The UCC personals alone sometimes contain liens on air conditioning units attached to the house and they failed to file it with a legal. That was just my first thought - I'll think on it some more when I'm driving and let ya know - good day to all of you!
