Athough I have heard others tell of no-pays with Optima, I have never had that experience. They have always paid my invoice in a timely fashion. However, I am a very small,
one-county, abstracting company and their requests are only a few a month in this county. Maybe it is different with a larger volume of work.
When did they get bought out? I recently called my contact person and was told she's no longer there. (But not that it wasn't Optima any more.) Sad.
