Kevin I am sorry I disagree with you. I am not an attorney but every attorney has stated that I can sue companies that I do work for in my own state. Let's look at it this way, most of our companies are issuing title in our state. In order to issue title they have to get licenses in our individual states which in turn require that they file something that they are doing business in our state. And second, if a company sends me work to do in the State of Texas they are technically doing work in the state of Texas by and through me. It takes our completing the work in our individual state for them to complete the work for their client. That is so much more of a "minimum contact" then someone who orders from an out of state catalog
