OK, I'm never complaining about Virginia again and thanking the good Lord nightly that I haven't moved to Texas.  Can you guys do anything like setting up some cort of co-op without risking loss of business?  Like dividing up the counties so that one person just goes to one county.  Share the wealth?  I know it would be hard to do, but you could certainly keep your customers private by giving the assignments verbally, tho that has its risks, too.
