I agree that email is an excellent method of communication.  I much prefer to send and receive searches by email.  The quality is better, it cuts our phone bill, and if it gets "lost" it is still in the clients in-box (reducing the requests for re-faxing). 

Yet, I am surprised at the number of clients that still prefer the fax.  We informed all of our clients that we are able to send and receive orders via email and asked for their email address if they would prefer that option.  Only about 20% responded.
