Don't get me wrong, I love a challenge. But here lately it seems everyday I am getting challenged in the patience and will power department. I miss the days when you just did the work and got paid since now it all seems a game of cat and mouse. As for Robert mentioning unreasonable requests, I agree that I too have had a lot more of those. Especially these newer companies - you can't win since you want work, but you never know what you'll end up with. Some are great - don't get me wrong - but too many lately are more a hassle than it's worth.

As for VM's, I can't complain about those since these two companies I dealt with this morning were just two regular title companies. Those are the ones that I seem to have a problem with the most here lately. They want the world, but then don't want to pay. They promise work, and maybe send one search. I am just frustrated (I have used that word a lot today) in general with what I have to go through in a day to make sure things keep running smoothly. Here in the last month things have really built up and I'm not quite sure what has caused it. I know things are slow and competion is fierce, but come on. I agree standards that are pushed on us are just looney - and I think it's starting to make me go crazy at times. I love this business, but I hate the stress it can create.

I guess I could go on and on, but I'm sure you get my point. I just really needed to let out a little steam and today just really pushed me. I think tonight I will surely have a drink and try not to dwell on the bad stuff. Thanks for listening . . .
