Thanks Lisa, that is a great idea about not allowing your employees to know who your clients or vendors are. I just can't figure out, given the system we have in place, how that could be worked. We have 3 different divisions- property clients, criminal clients, and civil/corporate clients. About 80-100 active. Then we have about the same number of independent contractors (most of them we have recruited and trained over the years.) Each one of our departments handle the orders from start to finish for that particular project. Everything is tracked through our accounting system. How can we keep our employees from knowing who they are producing the work for? Of course our independent contractors aren't aware of who our clients are, except in special circumstances.
  I like the idea though!  I have just relied on honesty and people with integrity. Guess that is pretty naive.  Thanks again,
