Doesn't it blow your mind that the companies that you and I directly, and indirectly, work for install these practices?!?

We has a specific client that will fund $150,000.00 mortgages on a deed pull ONLY.  There is no mention for previous mortgages, judgments, liens, ect.

I don't work in the division that handles this client and, let me tell you, I sleep much better at night knowing that.
