Abstracting has been a little slow in this area, but closings have been very active. I have been told that the Connecticut Bar Association is actively moving in the direction of making Connecticut an attorney only state in so far as closings are concerned. It seems that they are concerned with the confusion, fragmentation and mistakes with which the industry is fraught.
