One of our thoughts, here in Maine, is , taking into account college graduations. Many parents travel, and spend good chunks of money  for these events. Memorial day week, of course, will be slow. Many potential buyers for summer homes, will be arriving shortly. Jumpstarting  the boom. Also, the mortgage rates have dropped. That should help us all.
