I just had another thought, even though it seems as if I am talking to myself, why not try and complete retrievals same day and send priority mail, bulk rate with confirmation for around $5.00 and stuff them - it would have probably taken 2 packages and it is guaranteed delivery 2-3 days.  I know city in Texas get my package the very next day so if it was a state close by I'm sure they would get them within 2 days.  I really like that idea - scanning and faxing does take alot of time - I may start doing that.
