Here in Virginia, if they took title to the property husband wnd wife with right of survivorship, the OLNY way the judgments would apply if there was one in her maiden name would be if it was an IRS lien. And if there was one of those, it would be on her credit report.
But if she took title by herself in her married name, there would be no way
If she took title with her maiden name I would find the marriage license into her married name.
