I appreciate all the input. Yes Scott, as an attorney you would think he would know all this BUT he is JUST getting in to real estate and has no clue. He can't read a binder, understand a search and didn't even know what an insured closing letter was. He has however been doing witness closings for the past year or so. SO I guess bad on me for assuming he know what was going on.
So the more I have been there the more I realized I needed to ask these questions. Especially since I am the one preparing the HUD's.
I think I will call my pal over at Fidelity and ask her opinions, without giving away names or anything.
Kevin, I may sound dumb when I ask this but how do I find out which Circuit I am in.
