Just wanted to clarify that when comparing the opinions of the Second to the Fourth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits my use of the term "opposing" positions may have been a bit strong. A better choice of words may have been differing opinions especially when it came to a mark up of work other than the settlement services own.

There is also compliance with areas of the law other than RESPA that need to be considered.
