All I know is that we should be getting that $75.00 - lol - maybe you could keep that one on there - but be sure to remit it out!. I don't know what is going on as far as the other stuff in the market today, been awhile since I did the actual closing statements but when I did it was actual costs. I think I'm going to email my old boss and ask him what he is doing now. Along with his normal practice, he is still an escrow agent for a title company. Just the thought of doing that gives me unethical feelings but I don't know what the current law is on things like that. Does he charge the actual filing fees? That would be really bad.
