Just to put a wrap on this, I had a brief telephone conversation with Mr. Tersolo last night.  He could not remember the details of his conversation with whoever told him we do not work for anyone but Vermont attorneys.  He promised to find his notes on that conversation when he got home last night.  He also promised to call me to continue our discussion about what services Title Search Services, Inc. does and does not provide.  Although I have not yet heard back from Mr. Tersolo, when I look at my directory listing now, the negative review has vanished.

Thank you, Robert Franco, for whatever part you played in helping Mr. Tersolo and me resolve our differences.  I did not ever mean to imply that there was any abuse of the SOT website.  I guess Mr. Tersolo and I just needed some help communicating.

And thank you, Mr. Tersolo, for keeping the communication channels open.
