I would also like to know the number of surveys sent, number returned completed, and number of participants that were "interviewed".  Was the interview a part of the given survey, or were a few also called and spoken to personally? 
Did 10 companies respond? Or 100?  Or 300?  Or 1000?
I actually don't have any idea how many of these Regional and National Management Companies exist.  Some numbers would help understand the percentages presented in the wonderfully informative report prepared and  presented by the hardworking staff of SOT.
