I hardly ever get commercial searches anymore, mabye a cell tower on a farm every once in a while (I love those ones). When I quote people my hourly rate they always say "Gee, that's expensive, we'll get back to you!" then they never do. I figure it saves me from getting some crappy search that I really didn't want to waste my time on anyway.
