These are very good answers to some of the issues brought up in the article Lisa. I think this dialog between abstractors and our clients is very important.
The article quoted many VM's explanations of what they needed and most seemed very positive towards developing good relationships with their abstractors. It was interesting to read what the clients want is exactly what the local independent abstractor strives to provide. Your answers illustrate the difficulty we all face in giving the best service possible. I think this dialog may serve all of us, abstractors and our clients to reach a goal we both want.
