Hey Deborah,

You would be surprised how much the industry is taking notice of Naltea and the certification test, which will have it's first offering this Saturday at the conference in Virginia Beach.  Besides the title companies and associations having interest in the certification, E and O providers are looking at possible discount insurance for those who are certified.  As Naltea grows it will help in the changes that need to be made.  As Robert has pointed out we need to encourage the industry to get back to good title and away from insurable title.  Only when good title is obtained by good abstractors will claims go down.
