Yes Lisa, we went up. And we only had an issue with ONE client so we kept the the same fee. They pay on time with no questions so why lose the biz.
If an order was fufilled exactly as they requested, than absolutely I would charge an additional fee to get more info. It is a second trip for more than they wanted the first time.
