Kevin - an abstractor friend of mine told me she was approached with updates asked to be turned around in that amount of time 4-5 hours - she said sure for a fee of  75.00 - they have agreed to it.  So I guess just step your foot down.  Like I told everyone else - that 5.00 per search means an average $19,500,000 more profit to a nationwide company (and when I posted that no nationwide company denied it-based on what I thought was a low daily average) - the more abstractors go down the more they make - it has to come from us to keep the pricing up.  I've been told by one company they have abstractors charging the same for commercial as residential.  Hey Shannon went up on her prices so there are changes being made - lol - and she always charged more for commercial - lots more - so there was no problem there.
