This is not about Complete, I am not familiar with them, but we got an interesting check earlier this week.  A former client we had sent a few notices to on a $90.00 bill from early last year sent us a check for $49.85 with a note that they were quite short on funds, but were working to get caught up on their bills and the balance would be paid in installments as the monies became available.   I thought it was quite nice that they seemed to be trying their best to pay old bills.  I didn't really know the client very well, we probably only did a dozen deals for them over a three year period.  I do know they were a small title agency, and I really appreciate the fact that they are trying to do right.
