Vendor management companies are  very competitive and will degrade the normal abstractor with false promises of high volume with a promise of reduced fees.

They also never provide a large volume for extended periods of time but will require that the fees remain as that of the large volume fee!

These companies will do anything to make an extra buck at the abstractors expense.

I have worked with one company on the west coast who will only provide me 4 of 33 counties and expect a small fee attached.

I ask everyone, if a company only gave you 10% of the counties that you service doesn't something tell you that their profits are larger in the other 90% of the counties or why do they trust you with 10% of the counties and not 100% counties?   I am at odds with this!
