Lisa, I checked with my agent a few months ago when I changed my homeowners info.  She said they only had business liability insurance for loss records, damaged property, theft and such.  Not for E&O. 
So i tried the web site just now.  I must not be looking at the right place because I can't find it. Where did you find a state list of where it is offered??
