I would also like to mention that there were a few companies that we contacted that either didn't want to participate or weren't able to get back to us in time.  The report, and the contact we had with the companies, have provided us with a lot of ideas for follow-up.  Also, as Jarrod stated, we will be working on further expanding the report for 2006 - both in terms of including more companies and going deeper in depth on the interviews.  We learned a lot while conducting the research.

Our next "special report" will be on the abstractors experience and we will get their feedback on the same issues and more.  The two reports will continue to build on each other.  If you would be interested in participating in the Abstractor Report, please email Jarrod.
