I quite agree with you. I was also surprised that E&O was not more of a concern. Most did say that they prefer to use those with E&O, so it definitely does give someone who carries it an advantage.
It was a big topic of discussion at the conference. There are still a lot of misconceptions about how errors and omissions insurance works. Brad Swanson, of Chesapeake Insurance, cleared up some of them and he did point out the importance of it.
