I happen to know this guy & his father.....they are in the Title Business!

Anyway, I don't want to be a downer but.........this isn't going to make one bit of difference to the companies like DataTrace, DataTree, etc....

In NJ, they aren't participating in the online records business.

They are building Title Plants...accessible online through subscription to companies in the Title, Real Estate businesses......NOT the general public.

It's definitely a step in the right direction however  it doesnt benefit the searcher.

Just my opinion
