Here Ye!  Don't you hate making a call, someone, a live body, answers, asks whom they may direct you to, then when that person answers, after you've given very detailed information, you are then asked again!@!!!!!  Why the heck ask, if you're not going to pass it on?  I would refuse sometimes, but by then, they already have who may I ask is calling?????  Crud!
