Hi all! Thanks for wondering of my whereabouts. As most of you probably already know, starting a company takes much time and effort. Currently, we are only licensed in PA as I passed my exam last week. Since then, I have been marketing very heavily and successfully so I apologize for non response or delayed responses to emails and posts. Right now, I am only set up to do full title in PA as I haven't had the chance to market out of state and certainly would not entertain that thought until I have a license in each state. Mr. Perry, thank you for the info, sorry I have not responded. Ms. Ramsey, please understand that any abstractors outside of PA that have not seen orders will most likely not for some time, including general document retrieval and property reports. Even though a start up date is a start up date, most companies will initiate business in one state and progressively grow. Hopefully soon, I will be able to utilize all of your services. This is about all the time I have but I greatly appreciate all of your congrats emails and rest assured, anyone who sent me there vendor profile has been recorded and will be placed in our database when it is complete 8/31/05. Again, my apologies for the lack of a response or delayed response. Thanks again, you all have taken much stress away from the daily grind with your kind and refreshing words.
