Oh my - I saw that another post was made under this and I thought - you know I want to post what I was thinking about after reading prior posts - phones being answered by people that I can't understand and lo and behold - that was what the new post was about.  I have been so irritated before after trying to understand the person for 15 minutes that I just finally hung up!
