Thanks for the info!  As a matter of fact, the drive I purchased is a SanDisk Cruzer Micro 256.  I emailed your tech support guys out there and am waiting for a reply.  I first heard about these from a friend of mine, the Recorder of Deeds in one of the counties I service.  They're neat little gadgets.

BTW, I think this particular one does have a trial version of the CruzerSync application.  It also has an application called CruzerLock, which enables a user to prevent others from accessing any files stored on it in case the drive gets lost or stolen.  Pretty cool idea.
