Reading about Jay Duncan's speech about mobile cheese had two effects on me.  First, it made me hungry for cheese.  So, I went to the fridge and was pleased to find that the cheese had stayed put long enough for me to eat it.  Second, it made me consider the vast changes occuring in the title industry and what will need to be done to remain competitive.

Now, it is clear to me that I agree 100% with Robert that the underwriters have made some unfortunate decisions affecting the industry adversely.  I still believe, sad as the need may be, that some kind of meeting of minds between NALTEA and TAVMA would benefit all involved.
