Oh this is not an exaggeration Robert. I feel the exact same way about these automated systems and repeating all the information they made you key into the phone. As far as we are concerned, it will take all of us banding together, as we are, and basically just saying "no" to added service without compensation or reduced rates without volume. It really is that simple. There is hope Shannon raised her rates - lol - I have to stop teasing her she is a great gal!
