Yes I think it is a good idea.  I would just like to show a better one - and will print out an example when I come across one - like where mortgages don't show, releases, assignments - one of those.  I tested it after I posted and it worked and now it is doing just like you said - trouble with server but I have sbc and they do go down sometimes.  I have sent the file to David and asked that he post it on his web site and post a link here.  Give it a few minutes - he could be on the road - but he will come through - he's my buddy!
