Source of Title Forums: Re: 2005 Independent Abstractor Report

How small do you have to be to be considered an independant abstractor? Or is size not the issue? My company has 22 abstractors and covers 144 counties in Maryland and Virginia, and we'd be interested in participating if we qualify as an "independant abstractor."
