We are working on the sending some to Ft Ord in Seaside CA. If anyone in CA see's this please contact your local government to encourage this. Ft Ord is also being used as a state college and there is still some active military... and lots of empty housing. The college CSUMB (California State University Monterey Bay) is where my daughter graduated college. What better place to rest and hopefully start thinking about the future than by the ocean and in a college environment. They even are equipt for day care... there are at least 2 or 3 closed day care centers.
