Yes - which makes the PA Courts ruling upholding the disclaimer so interesting!  Perhaps they are coming around to my way of thinking!

Also  how much "comfort" can there be in the E&O policy - I've heard stories of companies being dropped for their 1st claim - after years of paying for insurance - or after the claim the increased premiums are no longer affordable.  We are human - mistakes are bound to happen - especially when clients expect such ridiculous turnaround times!

I guess life just isn't fair and business is never without risk!
