Ok, how do you issue a CPL on a loan that already closed? Who is going to insure the gap from the time the loan closed to when it searched AFTER the closing???????
I went to their website. They are pretty damned funny people. They are using real estate agent prepared CMA's in lieu of a certified or licensed appraisals!!!
