I'm glad NTC has acknowledged the problems of the past and has taken steps to keep them from happening in the future.
This was not an attack, but a reference to facts in relation to what happened in our dealings with NTC.
I talking from recent experience. It took us almost two years, sending several spread sheets, putting NTC on credit hold, sending NTC to collections and having to settle for less than we were owed due to it was costing us more to pursue NTC than to continue with the account payable department. Several of these orders were duplicate orders of certified copies which were lost on NTC's end and re-ordered. We finally settled through the collection agency this spring.
I glad you have pointed out that management and staff have changed, and I assume the perception of dealing with payment issues have changed as well. Please post you web-site address and I would like to see these up-dates. Do you now have an auto-payment system or do you pay by invoices?
